PERU Senior sales manager
Job Scope:
1. Responsible for sales team management in PERU,in charge of team training and performance.
2. Develop corresponding sales strategies topromote products.
3. Prepare and report to head office for sales,collections and cash flow for the normal development of operations.
4. Prepare and report to head office the annualsales and annual business operations budgets.
5. Work with finance team to develop cash flow budgetand reporting process.
6. Other related work assigned by the company.
Qualification:
1. Agronomy, chemical engineering, marketing andother related majors.
2. Rich sales and team-leader experience in theagrochemical industry.
3. Possess excellent sales, communication andmanagement skills.
4. Fluent in English.
